-msn messenger macro maker- create emoticon picture macros.
click image for larger view.	the msn messenger macro maker was made by a friend of mine and i helped clean it up a bit. this little application will allow you to create those emoticon picture macros some of you may have seen people using in msn messenger. it allows you to use the various emoticon symbols to create a lager picture (see screen shot). many sample macro files have been included with the install. if you make any really cool ones, it would be cool to see them. feel free to send me any ones that you make.
